Sustainable Practices and Values-Driven Chemical Manufacturing at PPPL
In 1987, the United Nations Brundtland Commission defined sustainability as “meeting the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.” PPPL is committed to the goals of SUSTAINABILITY, which is a social goal for people to co-exist.
PPPL follows its commitment towards environment - one step at a time - towards solutions through the development of sustainable products, practices and leadership. Our factories are placed very strategically which enables us to reap the benefits of infrastructures like ports, highways, clean and continuous electricity and water. Being a responsible chemical manufacturing unit, Our waste disposals system are backed by the strong infrastructure that enables us to be a sustainable company.
Both our factories are situated in dedicated chemical zones - Vapi Notified Area and Dahej PCPIR (Petrochemical Chemical and Petroleum Investment Region) which has special infrastructure.
Pioneering Climate Action for a Sustainable Future
Polyols & Polymers Pvt Ltd has created a Green Belt in Gujarat. With this initial contribution it has set plans to new projects in future to continue its contribution to Climate Action

Low Emissions and Clean Energy Infrastructure
PPPL takes steps in required infrastructure to ensure low emissions. Our factories have ZERO fuel gas emissions as our Boilers, Driers and Thermopacks run in PNG (Piped Natural Gas) as its fuels to make sure zero gas/fuel gas emission and zero particulate generation. All heating equipment like thermopack, boilers, driers are fired using natural gas, natural gas being the cleanest fuel available on the planets makes sure that we have zero particulate matter discharges and lowest possible carbon footprint. We have switched and moved away from conventional fuels like Coal, Wood Briquettes to do our bit for the environment.

Environmental, Health, and Safety Management Commitment
PPPL offers decent & safe work environment and contributes to economic growth. Polyols & Polymers Pvt.Ltd holds environmental, health, and safety management to be among its highest priorities. Procedures and practices exist to protect employees, the community and our environment. Ongoing efforts ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations, compliance with other requirements to which the organization subscribes, prevention of pollution, and the continuous review and improvement of the systems in place.
Sustainable Water Management and Resource Conservation
Polyols has clean Drinking Water & Good Sanitation conditions for its employees.Over the years Polyols & Polymers Pvt.Ltd. has developed in-house methods to reduce its water demand. Our water demand has reduced by 50% by redesigning our water management. We recycle and reuse water in our system to optimize our usage.Polyols ensures responsible consumption of resources and production processes to reduce wastages and contribute to environment.
